Job Description
Ample Life Care in Sydney's Strathfield area is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide complex and high-care support to participants with dementia, cerebral palsy, and other needs. You will work under supervision, following individual care plans and collaborating with the SIL team to promote independence and safety.

The role covers personal care, medication administration, manual handling, and implementing Behaviour Support Plans where required.
