Mackay Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Team Leader (Indigenous Mental Health Workforce) to oversee a team of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander MHAOD workers within the Mackay Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs division.
This permanent role focuses on culturally secure, strengths-based care.
You will provide qualified leadership, develop staff, and collaborate with communities to improve mental health outcomes across the Mackay region.
