Job Description
Richemont is seeking a Client Service Associate to be the face of its aftersales services in-store.
You will manage the end-to-end client journey, from intake to resolution, with empathy, precision and a solid commercial mindset.
You will explain repair processes, timelines and costs, coordinate with workshops and boutiques, and support sales recommendations while upholding luxury brand standards.
Weekend retail availability is required.
