Genuine Conveyancing is seeking an experienced Conveyancer for an in office role based in Officer, VIC.
Flexible days/hours, but in office work is required.
The role covers end-to-end property transactions including residential purchases and sales, off-the-plan purchases, and subdivisions, with contract negotiation and related transfers.
You will prepare legal documents and provide conveyancing advice while maintaining transparent communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction
