Job Description
APM is seeking a Clinical Aged Care Assessor to identify the needs of older Australians and connect them with services that help them live independently with the highest quality of life.
Daily travel is a core requirement of this role, as you will meet business and client needs across your service area.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, receiving comprehensive training and contributing to outcomes through high-quality assessments and referrals.
