Job Description
Southern Cross Care WA is seeking a caring Care Worker to join Jeremiah Donovan House in Forrestfield. This part time position offers shifts across mornings, afternoons and occasional nights, 30 hours per fortnight, with a focus on personal care and resident wellbeing.

You will work under the guidance of Shift Managers, read care plans, and build respectful relationships with residents and their families. Certificate III in Aged Care is required, with prior experience in aged care preferred.
