Job Description
Hacer Group is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead our ESG strategy from the South Melbourne HQ.
You will work closely with General Counsel, Head of People & Culture, and site teams to embed sustainability across projects and operations.
Responsibilities include developing ESG initiatives, integrating ESG into decision-making, engaging communities, and leading social supply chain reporting.
Robust communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.
