Red Rooster in Australia is seeking a Corporate Store & Profitability Lead to drive sustainable sales growth, profitability and operational performance across the corporate and franchise network.
You will report to a senior operations leader and shape profitability frameworks, monitoring key metrics with Franchisees, Finance and Restaurant Managers.
You will own national profitability programs, build capability, and establishdiagnostic/reportingframeworks to lift performance at scale.
