Job Description
NOW Finance is seeking an experienced Data Science Manager (Credit Risk & Growth) to lead a high-performing Data & Analytics team in Melbourne.
You will shape credit decisioning, portfolio performance and customer outcomes while driving governance and robust data practices.
Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, you will mentor data scientists and credit risk specialists, deliver high-quality solutions, and partner with Risk, Operations and Technology to generate commercial value.
