Job Description
Hillsberry Care Pty Ltd in Lithgow NSW is seeking a dedicated Community Worker.
This full time role supports clients with DVA and NDIS services, focusing on independence, choice and dignity.
You will assess needs, implement support plans, and assist clients to engage with the community.
The role requires at least 1 year in community services, solid communication skills, and a compassionate, proactive attitude.
