Job Description
Summit Recruitment, based in Smithfield, NSW, is seeking an experienced Resourcer to join our centralised recruitment team.
This role focuses on identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates to support Account Managers across Australia within a rapid-paced labour-hire setting.
You will work with Bullhorn ATS/CRM, build talent pools, screen candidates, and help manage candidate records to ensure timely placement and compliance.
