AW Bell is seeking a permanent, full time CNC Machinist to join its high-tech aerospace and defence manufacturing team in Victoria. The role involves setting up and operating CNC mills or lathes, interpreting drawings, and producing precision components to tight tolerances.

Ideal candidates have proven CNC experience, familiarity with Fanuc/Okuma controls, and a solid safety mindset. CAD/CAM exposure is desirable, with potential for 4- to 5-axis machining. Day shift with overtime available.
