Job Description
Michael Hill Jeweller in Brisbane seeks a Payroll Compliance & Rostering Specialist to join our busy Support Centre.
You will ensure payroll practices align with employment legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements while supporting rostering across Australia, Recent Zealand, and Canada.
The role collaborates with Payroll, HR, and Store Leaders to minimise risk, improve processes, and drive workforce optimisation.
Adaptable WFH/Office arrangements are available within a agile retail network.
