Job Description
JB Hi-Fi Group is seeking a Home Services Coordinator to manage enquiries from stores, customers and subcontractors across phone, email and other channels, ensuring timely support for installation programs and a high customer experience.
You will handle inquiries, schedule work orders, monitor coverage and escalate issues as needed while collaborating with JB stakeholders and adhering to processes.
This role includes a rotating roster with weekends and public holidays.
