Job Description
West HQ is seeking an experienced Infrastructure &Systems; Engineer to architect, maintain, and enhance ourmissioncritical ICT setting.
This role is hands on, highlytechnical, and central to the stability, security, and performanceof our infrastructure.
You'll lead networking, server management, cloud services,security, and incident response across ahighavailability,multivenueenvironment.

About the role:
Design, support, and optimise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN,WiFi, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls).
Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, GroupPolicy,virtualisation,and storage systems.
Lead P1/P2 incident response and provide Level 3engineeringsupport.
Manage patching, lifecycle upgrades, andinfrastructureimprovements.
Maintain network and systems security, includingvulnerabilityremediation.
Deliver infrastructure projects from designthroughimplementation.
Work with vendors, carriers,



and MSPs on complextechnicalresolutions.
About You:
5+ years in Network Engineering or Infrastructure Engineeringroles.
Advanced networking experience(Cisco/Meraki/Arubaorequivalent).
Strong background in AD, Windows Server, virtualisation, andbackup platforms.
Proven experience leading major incidents.
Excellent diagnostic, documentation, andcommunicationabilities.
Certifications(CCNA/CCNP/AZ104/MS500)are highlyregarded.
Certifications in a project management methodology i.e. Agile,PMP, PMBoK, Prince2.
