Job Description
Centacare is seeking a Scheduling & Workforce Operations Manager to lead the scheduling and workforce optimisation across Aged Care & Home Safety.
You will report to the General Manager and drive strategic direction, transformation and reporting to senior leaders.
The role requires 5+ years of senior leadership experience, robust knowledge of AlayaCare and SCHADS Award, and a focus on data-driven workforce decisions.
Hybrid work is available with both office and home days.
