MatchWorks, in Cabramatta (Cabrogal Country), is seeking a Post Placement Support Consultant to partner with participants and employers to overcome barriers and drive sustainable employment outcomes.

You will provide hands-on workplace coaching, build robust relationships, and create retention plans to keep participants thriving at work. NDIs checks and Orientation Module are required, with support to complete them.
