Key Responsibilities

Handle cash, credit card, EFTPOS, and digital payments accurately

Process patient billing and generate invoices
n
Support hospital revenue collection and financial reconciliation
n
Maintain daily transaction records and reports

Reconcile cash drawers at the end of shiftsCoordinate with accounting and finance departments
n
Assist patients with billing inquiries in a professional manner

Ensure compliance with Australian financial and healthcare regulations

Maintain confidentiality of financial and patient information

Requirements

Previous experience as Cashier or Accounts Assistant
n
Experience in hospital, healthcare, or medical billing setting preferred

Ability to handle high-volume transactions

Understanding of financial procedures and reconciliation
