Program Support Officer | Health & Education
n Location: Wollongong
n Contract: 3 month temporary contract
n Rate: $45 per hour + super
n Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
n Working arrangement: Fully office based
n Start: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Program Support Officer to join a well established organisation within the health and education sector.
n
The role:
n
n
Coordinate administration supporting education and training programs
n
Organise workshops, training days, meetings and assessment activities
n
Manage event logistics including venues, catering, travel, registrations and materials
n
Respond to enquiries from program participants and external stakeholders
n
Coordinate appointments, visits and associated documentation
n
Maintain accurate records and enter program data across multiple systems
n
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, procedures and training materials
n
Process invoices and claims
n
Provide general team, reception and office administration support
n
Liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
n

Essential requirements:
n
n
Previous experience in administration, program support or coordination
n
Experience coordinating events, workshops, training or meetings
n
Robust customer service and stakeholder management skills
n
Excellent written and verbal communication
n
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
n
Previous health or education sector experience would be highly regarded
n
Available to commence immediately
n
n
Based in Wollongong, this is a diverse coordination role supporting the delivery of professional education and training programs. You'll work closely with internal teams and program participants, providing high quality administration, coordinating events and workshops, managing documentation and responding to day-to-day enquiries.
