Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Cairns, QLD. The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include supervising in office teams, coordinating with project stakeholders, monitoring equipment and resources, and maintaining documentation.



The Site Supervisor will ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, fostering teamwork and effective communication among crew members.

Qualifications

Proven experience in site supervision within civil construction, with knowledge of project management and construction methodologies
n
Strong understanding of quality management, environmental sustainability, and safety compliance
n
Leadership skills with experience in managing teams and developing teamwork in office
n
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address on-site challenges
n
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination for smooth project execution
n
Familiarity with the standards ISO, ISO*, and AS/NZS is advantageous
n
A formal qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
n
Ability to embrace challenges, adapt to current situations, and work in a rapid-paced environment
