Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced site supervisor to oversee the day to day operations of our grain handling facility at Jondaryan. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient and compliant site operations while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational performance. Market-competitive salary offered along with company vehicle and phone.

Key Responsibilities:-

Supervise daily grain receival, storage, handling and dispatch.

Lead and Support site employees to achieve operation targets.
n
Ensure compliance is met at all times. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor grain quality.

Complete operational reporting and administrative requirements

Ensure a secure, clean working workplace
