Job Description
Public Sector People are partnering with a Sydney local government organisation to recruit for a DA Planner for a 4 month contract to start asap.
n Contract:4 month contract with potential to extend | Immediate start
n Competitive hourly rate:$* p/h + Super depending on experience
n Responsibilities:
n

Process, assess and report on a wide range of development and other associated applications including reviews and modifications
n
Present and report to regional and local planning panels in relation to development applications that are delegated to these bodies for determination
n
Respond to verbal and written enquiries for advice concerning development application matters and planning generally, including enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders and the community

Essential:
n
n
Minimum 12 months experience as a DA Planner or similar position.
n
Tertiary qualifications in Town/Urban Planning or equivalent.
n
