Position: OpenText Functional Consultant
n
Australian Citizens with Baseline Security Clearance
n
Role Overview:
n
The OpenText Functional Consultant will work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional OpenText solutions.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders
n
Configure OpenText modules based on business needs
n




Support solution design and functional documentation
n
Work closely with technical teams during implementation
n
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and training
n
Provide functional support during and after implementation
n
n
Required Skills & Experience:
n
n
Experience working with OpenText solutions
n
Solid functional understanding of document/content management systems
n
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
n
Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
n
Experience in government projects preferred
n
n
