About the role
n
The Finishes Foreman will be responsible for the following key areas:
n
n
Overseeing trades and subcontractors on site.
n
Implementing quality assurance (QA) and workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.
n
Collaborating with subcontractors to address any WHS, quality, or constructability challenges.
n
Coordinating site logistics, material deliveries, and resource allocation.
n
Ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
n
Communicating with the team to meet budgetary and scheduling requirements in accordance with the project program.
n
n
About you




n
n
5 years of experience multi-level
residential/commercial
projects
n
Carpentry trade qualification (preferred)
n
Previous experience as a site supervisor or foreman
n
Robust leadership, organisation, and work ethic
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to interpret plans and effectively manage site activities
n
n
