Job Description
Wishbone, Lucas Collective's recent Melbourne venue, is seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier to lead wine service and cellar operations from day one.
You'll work with Loïc Avril, Group Wine Director, and Yuki Hirose, Group Head Sommelier, to shape Wishbone's wine program and guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.
Join an opening team that values exceptional hospitality, learning, and growth prospects, with WSET or similar certification and Victorian RSA required or highly regarded.
