Job Description
Australian Community Support Organisation (ACSO) is seeking a Forensic Case Worker to support clients exiting custody or under Post Sentence Orders.
Play a key role connecting correctional facilities with community services, developing tailored support plans and tracking progress.
You will join a multidisciplinary team, manage case notes, coordinate with partners, and ensure safety and adherence to program goals.
ACSO offers extensive development and versatile working arrangements.
