Job Description
Mencap in Launceston is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team on a permanent basis. You will help two individuals with learning disabilities with daily living, personal care, and community access, while maintaining safety and dignity.

The role requires solid communication, flexibility for shifts including evenings and weekends, and a positive, empathetic attitude. DBS checks and references are standard, and a driving licence is required.
