The Trustee for the Loaf Unit Trust – Cronulla NSW is seeking an experienced Shop Manager for LOAF Sandwiches.
This is a hands-on, on-the-floor role where you will lead service, manage a outstanding team and ensure every customer gets the LOAF experience: quality food, warm service, and smooth operations.
You will handle opening/closing, rosters, stock, and supplier needs while driving performance and maintaining a solid online reputation.
