Up-State Coffee is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista & Café All-Rounder to join our growing team.

Located within a busy healthcare workplace, we are seeking someone who thrives in a quick-paced café, delivers exceptional customer service, and takes pride in producing consistently great coffee.

About the Role
n
n
Preparing high-quality espresso coffee and beverages
n
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
n
Food preparation and presentation
n
Point of Sale (POS) operation and cash handling
n
Supporting the team across all areas of café operations
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 2 year experience as a Barista in a busy café environment
n
Ability to produce high volumes of quality coffee consistently
n
Robust communication and teamwork abilities
n
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
n




Ability to work efficiently under pressure
n
Must be available to commence shifts from 6:30am
n
Availability to work weekdays and occasional weekends if required
n
Current food handling knowledge
n
