Senior Platform Operations Lead | Salesforce

Lead platform operations for a business-critical enterprise Salesforce setting, managing senior engineers, platform enablement, major incidents, releases and continuous improvement.

Location : All acrossAustralia

Work Arrangement: Hybrid
n
Contract Duration: 12 months with one 12-month extension option
n
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline or higher
n
Essential Tasks
n
Lead and manage Senior Platform Engineers supporting a critical enterprise CRM platform.
n
Drive Salesforce platform enablement, operational leadership and continuous improvement.
n
Coordinate major incident response, releases, testing, CAB activities and change governance.
n




Manage vendors and ICT stakeholders while strengthening platform security and resilience.
n
Key Criteria
n
More than 5 years' experience leading and managing ICT support teams.
n
Experience supporting or managing complex CRM/business systems, including Salesforce.
n
Robust process development, documentation and implementation capability.
n
Proven stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and technical leadership experience.
n
Due to the nature of this workplace, Australian citizenship is required.
