Key Responsibilities

Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits

Delivering friendly and skilled customer service
n
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
n
Working efficiently during busy service periods

What Were Looking For

Robust knowledge of beer, wine and/or cocktails
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
n
An outgoing personality with the confidence to build rapport with guests
n
A current NSW RSA Competency Card
n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
