Apollo Bay Hotel on the Outstanding Ocean Road is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead front-line teams across food, beverage, gaming and events. You'll supervise shifts, coach staff, and drive guest service recovery while managing opening/closing, cash handling and stock control.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll support training, rostering and performance management to hit labour and operational targets in a quick-paced coastal setting. RSA and state qualifications are essential.
