THE POSITION
n
n
Preparing and presenting fresh, nutritious meals for 220 boarding students.
n
Producing high-quality catering for school functions, events and special occasions.
n
Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
n
Ensuring food is prepared to consistently high standards of taste, presentation and quality.
n
Assisting with menu preparation, food production planning and stock control.
n
Contributing ideas and creativity to menu development and function catering.
n

THE PERSON
n
n
Is a qualified chef or has demonstrated commercial kitchen experience.
n
Takes pride in producing fresh, quality food.
n
Can work efficiently in a busy service environment.
n
Has solid organisational and time-management skills.
n
Understands food safety and hygiene requirements.
n
Brings a positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
n
