Job Description
ON THE HOUSE GROUP is hiring for a role that oversees end-to-end physical operations for venue rollouts in Melbourne.
You will own installing machines, restocking, maintenance, and coordinating a field team, while shaping AI-native processes with the Tech Lead.
Reporting to the COO, you'll build the playbook from scratch, manage a small direct team and a casual field crew, and drive cost-effectiveness across installs and operations in a quick-moving startup setting.
