Job Description
The Department of Education Victoria seeks an Audit Officer (Schools) to lead internal audits under the Assurance Branch, liaising with third-party auditors and governing bodies.
The role travels statewide to deliver audits and to support risk-based assurance initiatives.
You will prepare briefing papers for key committees, develop audit plans, and provide governance advice while working closely with business areas and VAGO auditors to enhance control settings.
