You will translate buyer motivations into hooks, scripts and storyboards, and design tests with transparent hypotheses to drive faster iteration.
You will lead editors and creators, establish standards, and ensure the account remains fed with high-performance concepts.
You'll leverage AI daily to multiply concept output, review mining, and generate rapid iterations that convert.
