About the Role

We're looking for a confident, organised, people-focused Client Experience & Studio Manager to help lead the day-to-day experience of the studio. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You'll play a key role in keeping the studio running smoothly while creating an experience clients genuinely remember.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Welcome and look after clients from arrival through to completion of their appointment
n
Help maintain a qualified, clean and organised studio environment
n
Support artists and assist with day-to-day studio operations
n
Coordinate supplies,



stock and general studio maintenance
n
Manage bookings, client communication and rebooking opportunities
n
Build robust relationships with both clients and artists
n
Uphold the studio's customer service standards and culture
n
n
What We're Looking For

Experience in hospitality, retail, studios, wellness, beauty, or other service-based settings
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to build rapport quickly and make people feel comfortable
n
Organised, proactive and reliable
n
Proven customer service and sales ability

Someone who brings positive energy and professionalism to the team
