Shell House, part of The Point hospitality group in NSW, seeks a Head Sommelier to lead an expansive wine program across four venues.
You will curate exclusive and accessible lists, mentor front-of-house teams, and build robust supplier partnerships.
The role demands senior leadership, exceptional service, and a passion for storytelling in wine.
Reporting to the General Manager, with cross-team collaboration for events and seasonal menus.
