Shire Realty is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our in office team in Castle Hill.
This full time role focuses on day-to-day management, tenant relations, leases, and compliance, with transparent growth opportunities.
You will screen tenants, coordinate maintenance, and ensure accurate records while handling NCAT matters as needed.
A Real Estate Class 2 Licence and a valid driver's licence are required, with travel between properties expected.
