Job Description
OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Fabric Estimator to drive accurate, commercially competitive tendering for fit-out, refurbishment and building-fabric packages.
You will work with Pre-Construction, Commercial, Design and Operational teams from enquiry to handover.
You should have proven estimating experience across interior fit-out, partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery and related trades, with robust Excel skills and a disciplined approach to cost studies and bid submissions.
