About the Role

This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
n

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
n
Assist compliance requirements
n
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents
n




Assist with month-end reporting and general finance tasks
n
Communicate with suppliers, customers and internal departments when required
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Positive understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations
n
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as MYOB, Xero or similar
n
Robust attention to detail and good time management skills
n
Responsible, reliable and able to work independently
