Job Description
Transgrid is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in its People & Culture team to transform workforce data into insights for strategic planning and decision making. You will partner with Strategic Workforce Planning and the Data, Systems & Insights team, building Power BI solutions, leveraging SQL and Excel to deliver actionable reports.

You will work on workforce forecasting, trend analysis and scenario modelling, turning data into transparent narratives for leaders and stakeholders across the organisation.
