Job Description
Life Without Barriers in Australia invites applications for a Roster Officer on a maximum term full time contract. You will manage live rosters, respond to real-time staffing changes, and help ensure service continuity while minimising overtime and agency reliance.

You will work 6am–6pm on a rotating roster, with adaptable work locations across Australia, including options to work from home. The role requires probity checks and supports disability and community services teams.
