Job Description
MindFlare Psychology in Glenmore Park is hiring a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly, supportive team. You will be the first point of contact, creating a warm, welcoming and skilled experience for clients as they call, email or visit the practice.

The role includes reception duties, appointment scheduling, diary management and some invoicing. Prior medical reception experience and familiarity with Halaxy are highly valued in this busy healthcare setting.
