Join a leading aggregator network as a Relationship Manager, owning a portfolio of broker partners and helping them grow. You'll blend relationship management with genuine mentoring — coaching brokers on submission quality, loan structuring and compliant practices while driving activation, retention and productivity across your book.

What you'll do
n

Manage and grow a portfolio of broker relationships, with regular business reviews and support plans
n
Mentor recent-to-industry and developing brokers on file quality, loan structuring, scenario assessment and responsible lending
n
Promote lender partnerships, technology, compliance tools and training resources
n
Partner with lender BDMs, credit and compliance teams to resolve broker queries
n
Track pipeline, lodgement quality and settlement outcomes to spot trends and prospects
n
Represent the business at broker events,



lender sessions and industry functions
n

What you'll bring
n
n
Experience in mortgage broking, aggregation, lender BDM or third-party distribution
n
Solid grasp of residential lending, broker workflows and aggregator operating models
n
Background mentoring or coaching brokers, sales teams or finance professionals
n
Solid understanding of responsible lending, file quality and audit/compliance standards
n
Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma highly regarded); MFAA/FBAA membership a plus
n
Mandarin skills are a bonus
n
