BGIS is seeking an experienced Building Team Leader to support maintenance, minor works and building services across a major healthcare precinct in Southport. You will report to the Senior Facilities Manager, coordinating day-to-day service delivery and leading a multi-trade team to ensure protected, compliant maintenance.

The role requires a trade qualification (Carpentry/Plumbing), relevant licences, and at least 5 years in supervisory/coordination roles.
