Job Description
Shell House in Sydney, part of The Point, is seeking a Head Sommelier to lead the wine program across four venues, including a 2-hatted fine dining room.
You will recruit and mentor a team, build supplier relationships, curate lists, and align beverage strategy with seasonal menus, events and budgets.
This senior, hands-on leadership role offers autonomy, storytelling, and prospects to shape a renowned cellar experience across diverse venues and guest experiences.
