A renowned regional Victoria food manufacturing operation seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and engineering function at a large site.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will drive plant reliability, minimize downtime and foster a robust preventative maintenance culture.
You will oversee Maintenance Supervisors, Planners and trades, manage budgets, and lead capital projects from scoping through commissioning.
