The Role

We are seeking a passionate Family Law Associate to join our team in either our Melbourne CBD or Dandenong office. In this role you will manage a diverse caseload of family law matters*, including:
n
n
Child custody & parenting arrangements
n
Child support and binding child support agreements
n
Spousal maintenance & financial agreements
n
Property settlements
n
Family violence intervention orders
n
n
*Experience in other areas of law (e.g., wills and estates law, criminal law, commercial law or other area of law) will be advantageous.
n
What We're Looking For
n
Qualifications: LLB or JD, Victorian PC, admission to the SCV & HCA and completion of supervised practice period
n
Skills: Solid drafting, litigation, negotiation, and advocacy abilities
n
Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
