Job Description
RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation during a growth phase in the Yarra Valley.
Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will oversee restaurant dining, breakfast, conferences, events and guest dining while driving menus and cost efficiency.
This is a high-visibility leadership role with the chance to shape the future of dining at a growing resort.
